Our Way Back home from Hebrew School is the only moment of the week when my two kids don't fight. They get in the car & start singing the blessing, Modeh Ani & all the songs that both of them had learned. Scatrut Family
I can not thank you enough for what you have given my children. They are showing excitement about Holidays, reading, doing Mitzvot & Shabbat. They now beg me to go to Shul on Shabbat & Holidays.Thank you! The Furer Family

When choosing a Hebrew School for my child I looked for a Hebrew School where there were happy faces on the children. Seeing your students race into Hebrew School - I knew I wanted my son to be educated in your program. Now, I watch my son run into Hebrew School and I am so proud. Thank you!

Your Teachers are superb! The care and devotion that they show each child is unparalleled. I know that when I drop off my daughter she is in the care of amazing teachers who love what they teach and make my daughter their first priority.

This is a Letter from a Parent to their friends (it was forwarded to the website):
Hi everyone,
I don't know if you have any plans to send your kids to Hebrew School this coming year, but I'm forwarding the e-mail below from the Rabbi at the Hebrew School where David and Seth went this past year.
The prior year, David and Seth attended the Hebrew School at _ in __, and they really disliked it. It was not a very warm environment, and it was definitely tedious for them after a long day in school (mid-week late afternoon).
By contrast, they REALLY enjoyed the Chabad Hebrew School last year. The Chabad school is convenient (behind Mott Street Chinese Restaurant on Hallandale Beach Blvd.), only one day per week and at a great time - - Sunday from 10:00-12:20 - - so the kids (and their parents) can enjoy Sunday breakfast together and still have all afternoon to play, go boating, watch football, etc.
Most importantly, the Chabad way of teaching and learning is really special. Rabbi Levi runs the school with his wife, Dassy, and they could not be nicer or more accommodating (Rabbi Levi has become a good friend of mine). Both are in their mid-20's. Classes are taught by teenage Seminary girls who come from all over the country to spend a year here learning and teaching. They are great with kids (being religious, most of them come from huge families, and they are used to caring for their many siblings). They make learning fun with all sorts of word games, activities, arts and crafts, Holiday celebrations, prizes, etc.
EVEN THOUGH IT'S CHABAD, IT IS FOCUSED 100% ON KIDS SUCH AS OURS. EVERY SINGLE STUDENT GOES TO A SECULAR SCHOOL DURING THE WEEK. IF THE STUDENTS WERE RELIGIOUS AND/OR WENT TO JEWISH SCHOOLS, THEY WOULD HAVE NO REASON TO ATTEND THIS SCHOOL.
So, if you are planning on sending your kids to Hebrew School this year, I URGE you to send them to Chabad of South Broward (our kids would also be in the same classes together, which would make it that much more enjoyable).
Regards and have a great/safe last few weeks of summer,
Michael (Cohen)
