Dear Friend(s),
He Who Saves a Life Saves a World - Talmud
Hope you had a beautiful Shavuos!
22 Families from our Main Shul in Hallandale Beach, plus several individuals, had their homes damaged the first day of Shavuos by severe flooding brought on by record breaking 20 inch rain.
I received calls from around the world, as Hallandale Beach and its record rainfall and flooding was witnessed by millions via the media around the globe.
Your emergency flood relief generosity will help a couple with a newborn baby rent an apartment and will be a lifesaver for so many who suffered and their homes are unlivable!
Please help Chabad of South Broward help our brothers and sisters who were forced out of their homes on Yom Tov!
We are raising $250,000 to help every one of the flood victims rebuild their homes, replace items destroyed, and provide emergency housing for these families who cannot live in their homes at this time, until repairs etc are completed.
Some had no insurance whatsoever. Others have high deductibles that they cannot afford.
Many many thanks, in advance, for helping with a generous "Save a Life Save a World" extraordinary contribution!
As the Alter Rebbe says: This will come back to you 1,000 times!!!
Sincerely,
Rabbi Raphael Tennenhaus
Please help victims and give generously to the Flood Relief Fund.
Thank you!
