Student Application

The application and interview process is all about making sure that you know and we know that the Chaya Aydel Seminary is a good fit for you.

 Application and interview fees­

  • $75

 There are 4 parts to the application:

 1. Student Application Form 
 The Student Application may be done online or download and scan/ email. We much prefer that it is done online.

 2. Assesment Form

 This should be completed by the mechaneches and she should mail it directly to the Seminary office - 1295 E. Hallandale beach Blvd Hallandale beach FL 33009  Please encourage the mechaneches to submit as early as possible. Assesment Form

3. References, Transcrips & Photo

    • High school transcripts from 11th & 12th grades
    • 1 recent photo. (please write your name on the back of the photo)   
    • Two reference letters, One from someone in school, the other from another adult who knows her (can be from extra curricular activities, past summer, etc.)
    • Mail to 1295 E. Hallandale beach Blvd Hallandale beach FL 33009 

    4.. The interview

Once all forms are received, we will send you a confirmation email and set up a time for an interview. 
 

Interviews will be on February 11-16  2015 ­  | 22-27 Shevat
